Educational scope
TC888 provides trading education, market commentary, learning feedback and analysis tools. These services support your own analysis and decisions. They do not guarantee profits, a particular trading outcome or protection from losses.
Premium provides a self-paced recorded MTF course, personal Playbook templates, optional written homework feedback from TC and priority Q&A. You complete and adapt your own Playbook. Feedback and Q&A are asynchronous, with no fixed response time or unlimited review entitlement.
Platinum provides live group market preparation and discussion of trade examples, together with the resources and recordings included in the purchased offer. Sessions can discuss futures charts, scenarios, levels and potential entries, stops and targets for the group. TC does not place or manage trades live in these sessions.
The open Execution Session reviews a recent NASDAQ or Gold trade, discusses the upcoming-session thesis and allows questions. It is not live trading and is separate from Platinum member sessions.
Mentoring and optional TraderOS focus on trading methods, Playbook development and completed activity. TraderOS does not review open trades. These services do not include recommendations of particular future transactions as suitable for the individual mentee’s holdings, finances or investment objectives.
Trading risk
Trading can result in loss of capital. Leverage can magnify losses. Instrument-specific risks, margin requirements and any limitations on losses depend on the product and your contractual arrangements. Check those terms with the relevant provider and take only risks you understand and can bear.
Concepts discussed using one instrument or market are not guaranteed to work in every market, timeframe or set of conditions. You are responsible for deciding whether, when and how to trade and for checking the accuracy and suitability of the information you use.
Trade examples results and testimonials
Historical trades, charts, replays and backtests illustrate their stated circumstances. An example may be selected or reviewed with hindsight; it is not a promise that a setup can be recognised or executed in the same way in real time. Differences in market conditions, execution, costs and individual decisions affect outcomes.
Testimonials describe individual experiences. They are not a promise of typical results or future performance. Statements about profit or performance must be read in their complete context.
TrendPredator tools
TrendPredator tools identify chart levels, patterns and analytical conditions for you to interpret. A signal, alert or setup classification does not establish that a trade is appropriate for you. PRO does not itself execute trades or connect to a brokerage account. Check the relevant market, instrument and your own decision process.
AI assisted feedback
The optional diagnosis and integrated ChatGPT coaching may use ChatGPT Business and relevant Google services as explained in the Service Privacy Notice. Integrated coaching covers relevant onboarding and session-preparation information, session notes and full transcripts, and your own TraderOS submissions and progress reviews. TC checks drafted feedback before sending; the depth of review and changes vary by case. A plausibility check does not verify every AI conclusion. AI-assisted output can contain errors or misunderstand context. Ask for clarification or correction where needed.
AI assistance does not provide instant, unlimited or guaranteed feedback. Private recording and AI processing choices are explained separately; accepting purchase terms is not blanket permission for every use of your information.
Positions conflicts and commentary
TC’s stated practice for market preparation is to discuss a market without an open position in that market and to present his own trade examples after exit. Relevant conflicts or commercial relationships must be disclosed with the communication where applicable. This statement is not a representation that no future conflict can arise.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this information excludes TC888’s statutory liability, defect remedies, withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights. Describing a service as educational does not remove any duties that apply to what is actually provided.
