1 Who is responsible

This notice covers visits to the TC888 website and website enquiries. Purchases, the Starter Kit, diagnosis, Discord participation, mentoring, recordings and TraderOS are explained in our separate Service Privacy Notice. Information shown when you use another provider's service also applies to that provider's own processing.
2 Hosting and delivery of the website
We use Cloudflare Pages to deliver this website. Cloudflare, Inc. is located at 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When your browser requests a page or asset, connection and request information is processed to transmit the content and protect availability and security. This includes your IP address and technical information about the request and its routing.
For necessary delivery and proportionate security processing, our basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website. This does not authorise unrelated tracking.
Cloudflare processes customer logs and content on our behalf under the applicable data-processing terms. Its Privacy Policy separately describes processing for which Cloudflare acts as controller, including network data. Further information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare DPA.
We have not configured a Logpush destination to export website logs. Cloudflare's published retention criteria depend on the processing purpose and necessity, with legal obligations also taken into account. These criteria do not establish one fixed retention period for every request or security record. Further information is in section 11 of Cloudflare's Privacy Policy: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
International processing and safeguards
Cloudflare's infrastructure and service arrangements can involve processing outside the EEA, including the United States. Its published DPA provides for EU standard contractual clauses for restricted transfers and describes reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. We do not represent this configuration as EU-only.
Cloudflare's service subprocessor list identifies the relevant provider categories and locations: Cloudflare service subprocessors. The DPA and its transfer provisions are available at Cloudflare DPA.
Cloudflare states that it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Its DPA also provides standard contractual clauses where a restricted transfer requires them. You may contact tc@tc888.de for information about the relevant safeguards or a copy where applicable.
3 Fonts images and YouTube
The website serves these fonts and thumbnail images from its own hosted assets. Selecting a YouTube link opens the external service; the website does not use an embedded YouTube player.
When you follow a link to YouTube, the external service handles your visit under its own privacy arrangements. Following that link is separate from loading the locally hosted fonts and thumbnail images.
4 Contacting TC888
When you email us, we process your email address, message and information you choose to provide to respond and handle the matter. Requested steps towards a contract and necessary contract-related communication use Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other ordinary enquiries use Article 6(1)(f), based on our legitimate interest in answering correspondence.
Our email is handled through Google Workspace. The Service Privacy Notice explains the provider arrangements. TC and an authorised employee subject to confidentiality may access correspondence for the relevant work. Please avoid sending unnecessary financial-account details or information about other people.
General enquiries that do not lead to a purchase are retained for six months after the matter closes, unless earlier deletion is appropriate or a specific legal obligation or legal claim requires limited retention. Customer-service correspondence follows the relevant service-record category. We do not retain every attachment merely because part of a message must be kept.
The website does not provide an on-site contact form. An email link opens your email application. If you choose an external diagnosis or booking form, review the information provided for that form before submitting your details.
5 Cookies storage and tracking
The website's own application code does not add advertising or analytics tracking, cookies, or local/session storage. This statement does not mean that hosting, security or authentication processes use no personal data or device storage.
We have not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics or other optional audience-measurement tools on this website.
Information is stored on or accessed from your device without consent only where the applicable legal exception is met, such as transmission or a function strictly necessary for a digital service you expressly request. Where consent is required, the technology must remain inactive until you consent. Any consent mechanism must explain how you can change or withdraw your choice. 6 External services and links
TC888 offers may link to Whop checkout, Discord, TradingView, YouTube and relevant Google services. Opening another service lets that provider process information according to the interaction and its own notice. Our Service Privacy Notice explains TC888's handling of purchase and member-service information. A link does not itself give permission for public reuse of your submissions.
7 Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it for future processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact tc@tc888.de to exercise your rights. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.
8 Updates
We update this notice when required to reflect relevant changes. A new notice does not itself authorise a new processing purpose or retrospectively obtain consent. The published notice will show its actual version date.
