Buying TC888 services
Paid TC888 services are purchased through the Whop checkout linked to the relevant offer. TC888 GmbH supplies the TC888 service. Whop provides its separate payment and platform services under its applicable terms.
The relevant offer and checkout identify the purchased services, currency, total price including applicable taxes and unavoidable fees, billing interval, contract duration, trial conditions, renewal and cancellation arrangements. Review the specific plan before ordering. A description on this website does not replace the documents validly agreed for your purchase.

Information about personal data is explained in the Service Privacy Notice at Service Privacy Notice. The matching notice is also linked at Whop. Accepting purchase terms is not blanket consent to optional recording, unrelated AI processing or promotional use.
Existing subscriptions
Your purchased plan determines your included access and applicable commercial arrangements. Publishing a new website description or a new document version does not automatically amend an existing subscription, including its ordinary renewals, or remove purchased benefits. New purchase terms apply to new purchases from their actual release date when validly incorporated. Individual agreements and mandatory rights take priority.
Cancellation withdrawal and refunds
Cancelling renewal, exercising a statutory right of withdrawal and requesting a commercial goodwill refund are different actions. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal at the applicable termination date and normally leaves paid access available until then. Statutory withdrawal and other legal remedies follow their own conditions.
Consumers’ statutory rights are not limited by a commercial refund policy, and a valid statutory withdrawal does not depend on discretionary approval. The Withdrawal and Refund Policy explains the relevant rights and additional TC888 promises. Accessing educational content does not by itself establish that statutory withdrawal rights have expired.
